Carousel is a continuation of the collage work developed since 2021. Using bold stripes and colour to build architectural structure and form, Carousel introduces a lively diamond pattern, giving the series a playful feel and narrative.

The series explores the visual language of the circus; a theme that has enticed many artists. Here, the maximalist subject is given a fresh interpretation through minimal shapes and abstract memories.
